The Role

We are looking for a Advertising and marketing Executive who can help us identify new opportunities, build strong partnerships, and support our expansion plans. This role will involve everything from market research and scouting new sites, to managing relationships and promoting the brand -  both online and within the Chinese community in the UK and abroad.

You’ll be working directly with our senior team and will have a real impact on the growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Research new markets and identify suitable locations for restaurant expansion.

Build relationships with landlords, property agents, local councils, and other stakeholders.

Develop and maintain strong links within the Chinese business community in the UK and overseas.

Lead online advertising and marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness.

Support the planning and rollout of new branches.

Monitor industry trends and customer preferences to help shape business strategy.
Represent Wedonbei at relevant events and networking opportunities.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, culturally aware, and ready to take initiative. The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in business development, marketing, or a similar role (ideally in hospitality or food service).

A strong understanding of Chinese cuisine and culture.

Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, spoken and written.

Experience in building relationships and working with multicultural teams.

Knowledge of digital marketing and online promotional strategies.

A good eye for market trends and business opportunities.

Experience helping a business expand or grow would be a major plus.
